Agreement To Terms,

Your access to and use of Fire Modifications services is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with the following terms. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our services.

By accessing Fire Modifications website and discord, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance at all times. If you disagree with any part of these terms of service then you may not access Fire Modifications website, discord, or other potential assets.

Article I - Leaking, Unlocking, Redistribution,

• Leaking, unlocking, or redistributing any Fire Modifications products or assets is strictly prohibited, upon doing so you will be permanently removed from Fire Modifications.

Article II - Credit,

• Any Fire Modifications assets or products you purchase or use must be properly credited to Fire Modifications.

Article III - Refunds,

• Fire Modifications has a strict ‘No Refunds’ policy, all assets and products on the store are advertised as they come, refunds will only be granted by the Founder or CEO.

Article IV- Refusal of Service,

• Fire Modifications reverses the right to deny service & goods to anyone for any reason.

Article V- Accounts,

• You are not permitted to "Sell" or “Giveaway” your account without direct written permission from Fire Modifications Founder or CEO.

Article VI - Copyright notices,

• You are not permitted to Delete or Remove any form of copyright from any content sold by Fire Modifications.

Article VII - Copy using software,

• You are not permitted to Copy Using software to obtain the site’s content, including but not limited to PHP, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, or other code.

Article VIII - Suspension of Account and/or license,

• We reserve the right to suspend your customer account and/or license at any time without notice.

Article IX - Purchasing,

• By purchasing from Fire Modifications you understand chargebacks, disputes, claims, or reverse any payments will not be accepted. If you do, you must pay all fees charged against Fire Modifications, your customer account and/or license will also be suspended and/or revoked.
• You must have the authorization to use the payment method account you are paying with.

Article X - Adherence to Discord’s TOS and Community Guidelines,

• Fire Modifications also strictly adheres to discord’s TOS and Community Guideline, If you are found in breach of these you will be removed from Fire Modifications and your account and/or license will be suspended or revoked.*

Article XII - Deletion of Data,

• You reserve the right to request deletion of all data connected to you from our site (this is only on our end).

Changes To Terms,

• Fire Modifications reserves the right to, at its discretion, change the terms under which the services on the discord and website are offered. The most current version of the Terms will supersede all previous versions. To stay informed of our updates we encourage you to periodically review these terms.
